Description
An adventure route through Bettembourg that leads through the whole town in the giant footprints of the "Ris".
10 meters tall and colorful: the "Ris" of the "Parc Merveilleux" is probably the best-known resident of Bettembourg. With its red hat, checkered pants and blue sweater, it is the unmistakable emblem of the animal and fairy tale park opened in 1955.
Together with artists Andy Genen (illustration) and Lucien Czuga (text), a comic book was created that sends the "Ris" on a journey together with his friend, the parrot Lori.
Follow the giant of the "Parc Merveilleux" in Bettembourg on this circular route. Along the way, which is specially aimed at children and families, visitors trace the path of the "Ris", discover the story at augmented reality stations, and see several sculptures and other artworks.
The route also exists as a shorter version (7 km)
