Description

Scenic Refreshment stops available

About 100 kilometers of varied riding routes – nature reserves – UNESCO biosphere-labeled region – a diverse cultural offering – a melting pot of history, industrial culture, modernity, and society – let yourself be enchanted by the "Grand Tour" and the loop in the Minett region.

Even for adventurous riders, the Minett region has some highlights to offer: not only industry and history but also variety and beautiful vistas galore. Embark on a discovery journey through almost 100 years of the most important events of the Grand Duchy and discover how a steadily growing industry can turn picturesque landscapes into a true lunar landscape – and how nature can nonetheless reclaim what was taken from it only a few years earlier.

Visit the beautiful landscape with towns like Reckange-sur-Mess, Frisange, or the highlight Bettembourg with its animal park "Parc Merveilleux" or explore the industrial heartland with towns such as Differdange, Dudelange, or Esch-sur-Alzette and the incredible former industrial site Esch-Belval.

In large parts, the route follows the course of the "Grand Tour du Luxembourg." Between Bascharage and Dudelange, you can follow the signs of the national route. However, on the section that closes the loop, there is no signposting. This signposting is also only supportive and indicates only when the route diverges from the road.

THE ROUTE TAKES YOU THROUGH:

Dudelange – Bettembourg – Frisange – Roeser – Crauthem – Peppange – Huncherange – Bergem – Pontpierre - Wickrange - Ehlange - Reckange-sur-Mess - Roedgen - Leudelange - Dippach - Käerjeng - Niedercorn - Differdange - Lasauvage - Obercorn - Belvaux - Belval - Esch-sur-Alzette - Rumelange - Kayl

Charge up

Driving the "Tour am Minett" of the "Grand Tour du Luxembourg" s also well-suited to being discovered with your battery EV. A subscription card to unlock and pay for the charging is required in general, but some of the stations can be used free of charge.
