Where? Rue de la forêt, 3620 Kayl

Discover how the iron ore exploitation has lef its marks on the region and its nature

One of the best and most beautiful nature reserves in the Minett region, the "Léiffrächen" nature reserve combines beautiful vistas and red rock clifffaces with lush and dense forests and wide open areas filled with dry grasslands.

The nearby National Mining Memorial and the "Léiffrächen" place of pilgrimage complete the nature reserves close ties to the industrial past of the region.
