The Visit

LUCODA/In situ proposes to make a production in two parts. The first part is the production of a short dance video of about twenty minutes mixing documentary and fiction. The sites chosen for the production will be three distinct places, linked to the past, present and future of the region. This video-dance will be the first episode of our production. The second part is composed of three performative events, each lasting about twenty minutes, spread over the locations where the short film was shot. These performances will have a direct dramaturgical link with them. The first part of this proposal will have a double objective. Firstly, it will be an artistic creation in its own right. Secondly, it will serve to promote the locations in which the performances will take place afterwards.
